Dr. Jonathan Rose has been a long-standing member of The American Board for Certification in Homeland Security (ABCHS) and The American College of Forensic Examiners Institute (ACFEI). His academic background is remarkable, as Dr. Rose possesses an M.D. with subspecialty in Anatomic Pathology and Forensic Pathology, a Ph.D., with specialty in virology, an M.S., in electrical engineering with specialty in control theory, a Master of Forensic Science with specialty in toxicology, a B.S., in electrical engineering, and a B.A., in chemistry with sub-specialization in organic synthesis. Dr. Rose's background also includes the L1 (first) year in law school.
Additionally, Dr. Rose has experience in private investigation and security consulting with licensure in two states. He also carries multiple credentials, including: Certified Protection Professional ,CPP, Professional Certified Investigator, (PCI), Physical Security Professional (PSP), Certified Anti-Money laundering Specialists (CAMLS), and Certified Master Anti-Terrorism Specialist (CMAS). Additionally, Dr. Rose has been a long-standing member of ASIS. Dr. Rose's law enforcement background is also remarkable. He has graduated from the police reserve training at the Schoolcraft Police Academy, police training at the Oakland Police Academy, and additional training through Public Agency Training Council (PATC). His principle LE and legal education research interests are in distance and CD-ROM applications for basic police academies and ABA law schools.
