James (Jay) Sartori joined Creative Service Inc. as the Director of Operations after a 13-year career at RBS Citizens. As Vice President of Corporate Security for RBS Citizens, Jay pioneered a dynamic security program that incorporated threat management, executive security, risk assessment, intelligence, crisis management, and internal fraud monitoring. A decorated United States Army veteran, Jay has served in both Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom and continues his 19-years of service as the Command Sergeant Major of the 181st Infantry Regiment, Massachusetts Army National Guard. Jay sits on the American Board of Intelligence Analysts as the Vice Chair and holds the highest certification in Homeland Security, CHS – Level V. He is a Certified National Threat Analyst, Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Intelligence Analyst as well. Jay graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice.
